Data Privacy Notice.

Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data described here is GP Prudent Kft. (trading as Global Partners Group), the service provider named in our Imprint. The quickest way to reach us on any data-protection matter is the email address shown there.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit this website — through cookies, advertising measurement and the contact form.
It does not cover the separate processing we carry out under a client engagement, which is governed by the client agreement and its own privacy terms.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device; some similar technologies, such as advertising pixels, work the same way.
This website does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies, so on a normal visit there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner is shown.
If we later switch on the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our LinkedIn advertising (see below), it sets cookies that need your consent. We would ask for that consent through a cookie banner before any such cookie loads — you could accept or reject it, and change your choice at any time. Until then, none of these cookies are set.
Advertising measurement — LinkedIn
We advertise on LinkedIn. To measure how that advertising performs and to reach a relevant audience, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
When enabled, it sets cookies and sends data to LinkedIn — including your IP address, an online identifier and the pages you viewed. Typical LinkedIn cookies include bcookie, lidc and the li_* identifiers (up to about a year); LinkedIn sets and controls these.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The tag loads only after you accept it, and you can withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
To be confirmed The LinkedIn Insight Tag and the consent banner go live together; the exact cookies and their lifetimes are confirmed here at that point. The tag is not active until then.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we use the details you provide — such as your name, contact details and message — only to deal with your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(a) and (f)).
We keep your message only as long as we need to handle it, then delete it — unless it becomes part of a client engagement, which is governed separately.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting on our instructions — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and, where you have consented, LinkedIn — and with authorities where the law requires. Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement.
International transfers
Some recipients — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and, if you consent to it, LinkedIn — may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: enquiry messages until your enquiry is resolved; a record of your consent for as long as we must be able to evidence it; and, where you have consented to LinkedIn measurement, the related cookies for the lifetimes set out above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold (access), have it corrected (rectification) or deleted (erasure), restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to the email in our Imprint. We respond within the time the law allows.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Hungarian data-protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu. You may also seek a remedy through the courts.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site or the law changes. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the current one.
